No public installer is available yet. There is no disk image, package, or firmware file here. A public release would need a verified Windows boot, a written recovery story, and artifacts from a tagged source revision.

The engineering tree contains bootcamp-cli, the BootCampKit library, and diagnostic EFI builds. The install command can repartition an internal drive. Read the installation notes before treating a local checkout as a tool.
